Returns and Refunds

  • We cannot issue refunds arbitrarily because our products are printed to order.
  • We will only offer replacements and refunds for items that are defective or damaged. Please submit your requests within 15 days of receiving your items to us via contact@izithing.com and we will provide further instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
  • We will send you an email confirmation after processing your refund; a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
  • We genuinely understand that mistakes happen and sincerely empathize with you however, once the products have been printed we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable.
